The Las Vegas Raiders finished the 2024 NFL season with a 4-13 record this season. Las Vegas will have the sixth overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.
There are a lot of directions that the Raiders could head in this offseason. Just a couple of days ago, the Las Vegas Raiders decided to fire head coach Antonio Pierce and keep Tom Telesco as the general manager.

On Thursday, the Raiders decided to make another shocking move by firing Tom Telesco after just one season as the general manager for this football franchise. With them also firing Antonio Pierce, there is a chance that Las Vegas is trying to find the right coach, general manager, and quarterback combination for the long haul.
Las Vegas must have a massive plan up their sleeves during the offseason. Marc Davis is the owner of the Raiders and Tom Brady must also be involved in these offseason plans with having some stakes in the Raiders ownership group as well.

The Raiders have to get the head coach and general manager hires right after they fired Antonio Pierce and Telesco after just one season together. The Raiders will have a long list of head coaching and general manager candidates. Las Vegas is in the AFC West and the Denver Broncos, the Kansas City Chiefs, and the Los Angeles Chargers made the playoffs this season.
A lot of people think that the Raiders are cleaning house because of Tom Brady being in ownership. Mike Vrabel could be one of the coaching candidates to watch for to be the next Las Vegas Raiders head coach and we will see who will replace Telesco as general manager next year and beyond also.
