The Philadelphia Eagles are home to some of the most passionate fans in all of sports. That can be both a curse and a blessing. The “curse” part turned it’s ugly head again today when one of the key starters for Philadelphia was ruled out.

As previously reported:
Before their crucial NFC Championship game against the Washington Commanders, the Philadelphia Eagles have been dealing with some injuries. The team will be without their starting center, even though quarterback Jalen Hurts and cornerback Quinyon Mitchell are in:
Cam Jurgens has officially been ruled out of the NFC Championship.
Eagles Pro-Bowl center Cam Jurgens (back) is OUT for today’s NFC Championship Game vs. the Washington Commanders.
Philadelphia’s plan is to move Landon Dickerson to center and start Tyler Steen at guard.
Jurgens suffered a back injury that will sideline him for this important Super Bowl decider.
The Eagles plan to move Landon Dickerson to center and start Tyler Steen at guard. Hurts has only taken snaps from Travis Kelce and Jurgens in his young career, so having to switch to Dickerson last minute might be a big issue for this important playoff showdown.
Philadelphia fans were quick to react to this news:

I’ll actually never forgive Cam for this. He moved well enough in warm ups. The fact he isn’t even trying to give it a go – I’ll always question his competitive spirit. Absolutely embarrassing
