Dallas Cowboys Owner Jerry Jones Has Message To Fans About Micah Parsons Current Trade Request

There are a lot of Dallas fans who want Jones to pay Parsons already and there have been fans who are worried about him being traded. Well, Jones had a special announcement to the fanbase about whether fans should be worried about Parsons being traded or not. He said to the media about it,
“It seems like that we forget that it’s been less than a year and I paid the highest that’s been paid in the NFL to Dak and I paid a big price for Lamb. Anybody that says I’m not interested in financially rewarding my players hasn’t been looking at the tea leaves. So there’s always negotiation and the negotiation is to put the best team on the field. And many times it’s not even a question of ‘deserving.’ … I enjoy Micah. But as always in any relationships there’s different moods at different times of your relationship. That’s what it is. Don’t lose any sleep over it. That’s the one thing I would say to our fans, ‘Don’t lose any sleep over it.'”
Well, he better be right about that. If Parsons were to be traded, there are going to be a lot of more angry fans, if they aren’t already. He is 26 years old and is the best defensive player on the Cowboys roster. If Jones does trade him elsewhere, they better get a big haul for him.
