Donald Trump has been one of the more involved Presidents when it comes to attending sporting events. Shortly after taking office, he became the first sitting President to attend the Super Bowl. In the months since he has been present at multiple major sporting events.
However, his time playing golf during his Presidency has started to go viral.
New Study Leaks The Percentage Of Donald Trump’s Presidency He Spends Playing Golf

Playing golf is one of Donald Trump’s favorite pastimes. People feel he spends more time on the golf course than being President, especially since his trips to various clubs cost taxpayer dollars:
Since returning to office, Trump, who owns several golf clubs worldwide, has moved around plenty just so he could play.
A new study has determined exactly how much of his presidency is spent golfing, and it suggests that over a quarter of his time is devoted to the greens – so, technically, it’s not more.
“President Trump has spent 25.9% of his Presidency to date Golfing — at an estimated cost of $50.4 million to US taxpayers,” the study revealed, per ‘Pablo Torre Finds Out.’
According to golf writer Alan Shipnuck, the POTUS cares more about the sport than he does serious global issues.
“I have no doubt that Donald Trump cares more about the state of professional golf than he does about Gaza or Ukraine,” Shipnuck told Torre.

Of course, he’s not just involved for the enjoyment. Trump reported over $600 million in income last year, with most of his money coming from golf ventures, likely the use of his prestigious clubs, licensing fees, and other sources.
It doesn’t appear that Trump is looking to slow down anytime soon, but he just might find it more difficult to play whenever he wants due to recent major world crises.
