US President Donald Trump sent multiple shockwaves across the NFL world when he recently stated that he will not help the Washington Commanders with their new stadium in Washington D.C. if they did not go back to their old name. The Washington Commanders, who actually started out as the Boston Braves, went by the Washington Redskins for a large portion of their history.
However, the name was changed to the Washington Football Team after the Native American community in the United States expressed frustration with the derogatory slur in the team’s title. Not only the name, but the logo of the Washington Commanders also depicted a Native American with a customary headdress. After playing under the Washington Football Team for a couple of seasons, the team eventually started going by the Washington Commanders from the 2022 NFL season.
“I may put a restriction on them that if they don’t change the name back to the original ‘Washington Redskins,’ and get rid of the ridiculous moniker ‘Washington Commanders,’ I won’t make deal for them to build a stadium in Washington,” US President Donald Trump shared on Truth Social about the Washington Commanders.

Donald Trump Shares AI Video Of Barack Obama Arrested In White House
On another note, US President Donald Trump recently shared an AI-generated video of former POTUS Barack Obama being arrested by the FBI in the White House. The video was shared by the current POTUS on Truth Social with Obama seen in jail wearing prison clothes at the end of the clip.
The recent video by President Donald Trump seems to be in response of Tulsi Gabbard, the US Director of National Intelligence, remarking that the Obama administration should be tried for accusing the Trump administration of using Russian influence for their win back in 2016.
After the video by US President Donald Trump went viral, many social media users have been predicting that former President Barack Obama will indeed be arrested. In fact, it even led to a trending hashtag online. The video clip shared by Trump starts with a clip of Obama saying, “especially the President is above the law”, and depicts many other politicians cueing in later to say, “no one is above the law”.
