US President Donald Trump’s administration received plenty of flak from millions of Americans after his administration revoked the abortion clause in the EMTALA law. The law previously stated that any hospital that takes Medicare can perform emergency care, including emergency abortions. This also applies to hospitals in states in the US where abortion is illegal. However, the Trump administration recently changed the bill to exclude emergency abortion services across the country.
The sitting POTUS has always been anti-abortion in his stances, but has also changed up his opinions now and then. For this point, President Trump has received plenty of hate, even as most of his Republican states have made abortion illegal.
“I have no words. This is crazy,” Jaylon Moore, offensive tackle for the San Francisco 49ers’ wife, Sidney captioned her Instagram post, sharing the news of Trump’s latest mandate.
Jaylon Moore’s wife, Sidney, was of course not the only one who reacted negatively to US President Donald Trump’s actions. Many American citizens took to social media to express their anger and frustration with the revoking of the bill.
Even in his previous presidency, US President Donald Trump received plenty of hatred for trying his best to make abortion illegal across the entire country. Several republican states making abortion illegal in the United States has already made it very difficult for women to access reproductive care.
Donald Trump Should Be Impeached, Says Elon Musk
In other news, Donald Trump’s former friend and advisor, Elon Musk, recently came out with a controversial statement that the sitting US President should be impeached. Musk said that President Trump should be removed from the presidential seat and that the vice-president, JD Vance, should replace him.
While Musk, the founder of Tesla & SpaceX, formerly was a big fan and supporter of President Donald Trump, he has currently reversed his opinion on the POTUS. Musk was named as a special advisor to President Trump while he was assembling his cabinet. However, Musk had differing ideologies when it came to business tariffs and soon after left his unique position in the White House.
Elon Musk had earlier been a major funder for President Trump’s election campaign. Since he has mostly been a fanboy of the current US President, his latest opinions on the Trump administration have surprised and shocked many. Still, some are taking his opinions with a grain of salt since Musk has also in the past, known to change his stances on matters frequently.
