Dak Prescott has been doing some serious work during the NFL offseason and has apparently lost a ton of weight. The Dallas Cowboys quarterback was seen in an Instagram story put out by tight Jake Ferguson, mentioning that Prescott had actually lost 50 pounds and looks like a new person.
Dak Prescott has been playing for the Dallas Cowboys since 2016 after the team selected him as the 135th pick in the fourth round of the NFL draft. Before stepping foot into the league, Prescott played college football for the Mississippi State Bulldogs from 2011 to 2015. In his very first year with the Cowboys, Prescott was awarded the NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year title.

“Slimothy, that’s me,” Dallas Cowboys quarterback, Dak Prescott, wrote after reposting Jake Ferguson’s story on his Instagram account.
In the 2024 NFL season, Dak Prescott injured his hamstring which made him able to play only 11 games. As a result, Prescott only managed a total of 1,978 passing yards, scoring 11 touchdowns and managing eight interceptions. From the looks of his weight loss and everything, Dak Prescott seems to be getting ready for an unforgettable season of football for the Dallas Cowboys.
Dak Prescott And Fiancee Host Baby Shower For Second Child
Meanwhile, Dak Prescott is making the most out of his NFL offseason and recently celebrated a baby shower for his second child with fiancée Sarah Jane Ramos. Ramos invited many of her friends to the baby shower which was an elegant sit-down dinner with a beautiful setting. The entire ensemble was floral and screamed ‘high-class’. As party favors, each guest received a Dior goodie bag.
Prescott’s fiancée, Sarah Jane Ramos looked pretty in a yellow floral dress in the baby shower. The Dallas Cowboys quarterback and Ramos have been romantically linked since 2023 and welcomed their first child, a baby girl, Margaret Jane last year in February. Prescott and Ramos started dating after she attended one of his games. After dating for a couple of years, the two got engaged in October 2024 when Prescott proposed to Ramos.
Dak Prescott will be seen in action in the upcoming NFL season, where he will once again play for the Dallas Cowboys. Prescott will hope to perform better this time round after a hamstring injury cut his previous season short.
