The Detroit Lions sign a veteran
The Detroit Lions have officially signed help for the offense next season in the form of an offensive lineman. The Lions have made most of their major signings on the defensive side of the ball. The Lions added three members to the secondary in free agency as they look to capture the best roster in the NFC North next season. They brought back an offensive lineman who has experience playing for the Lions.
According to a statement by the Lions, they signed unrestricted free agent Graham Glasgow on Monday. The Lions drafted Glasgow in the third round of the 2016 NFL Draft. He’s also spent time with the Denver Broncos:
Glasgow returns to Detroit after three seasons with the Denver Broncos (2020-22), where he appeared in 37 games (33 starts). Prior to the Broncos, Glasgow spent the first four seasons of his career with the Lions (2016-19).
He originally entered the NFL as a third-round selection (95th overall) in the 2016 NFL Draft by Detroit out of Michigan. In his career, Glasgow has appeared in 99 games (91 starts).
Pro Football Focus gave Glasgow an overall grade of 59.3 for his play with the Broncos last season.
