The Detroit Lions entered free agency hoping to retain their top four wide receivers for the 2025 season. Amon-Ra St. Brown is in the first year of his massive contract extension, while Jameson Williams has a fifth-year option for the 2026 season due in May, and Kalif Raymond is in the final year. The only player of the four to enter free agency is their veteran receiver.
The Detroit Lions veteran WR had a decent inaugural season with Detroit

The Broncos cut Tim Patrick during the roster cutdown deadline, and the Lions signed him to the practice squad, later promoting him to the 53-man roster. After missing the last two seasons with season-ending injuries, Patrick managed to play 16 regular season games and had a decent 2024 campaign, gaining chemistry with Jared Goff. He caught 33 passes on 44 targets for 394 yards and three touchdowns in nine starts, along with one catch on four targets for 22 yards in the postseason.
