With a double-digit lead in the NFC Championship game, the Detroit Lions were just moments away from heading to the Super Bowl. However the San Francisco 49ers decided to finally show up and edged Dan Campbell’s crew en-route to a title game loss to the eventual champion, Kansas City Chiefs.

However, despite their shortcoming, the Lions find themselves firmly in the mix and ready to get over the hump and head to their first Super Bowl in franchise history in 2024.
