The Dallas Cowboys are well on their way to a third consecutive loss as they currently trail the Atlanta Falcons 27-13 in with about six minutes remaining in the fourth quarter. Once the game ends, they will fall to 3-5 on the season. As fans are well-aware, they played this game without the services of former Pro Bowl running back Ezekiel Elliott, who was suspended by the Cowboys for conduct detrimental to the team.
Prior to the fourth quarter, one of the only highlights for Dallas was a viral video of head coach Mike McCarthy having a meltdown and smashing his tablet on the ground.
As dismal as things looked for the Cowboys heading into the final minutes, they got even worse when quarterback Dak Prescott was ruled out with a hamstring injury.
Dallas Cowboys Fans Are Fed Up After the Dak Prescott Injury

Needless to say, the 2024 NFL season has not gone the way Cowboys owner Jerry Jones promised it would when he said that Dallas was “all in” this year in their attempt to win a Super Bowl. Week after week, fans have been disappointed with the team as they constantly underperform.
The latest injury to Prescott is just one more frustration that Cowboys fans are fed up with thi season:

As some fans mention in the posts above, the Cowboys have a big game next week against the Philadelphia Eagles. Some feel that the team is already preparing to lose and will use Prescott’s injury as an excuse.
Of course, there is no guarantee that Prescott will be out next week as the severity of his injury has not been announced and may not even be known yet.
This all being said, things are not good in Dallas and there is no doubt that there will be a changing of the guard there soon. Whether it happens midseason or after remains to be seen.
