Dak Prescott’s recent conversation with press reporters got some jabs from renowned sports journalist Stephen A. Smith. Smith on the latest episode of ‘First Take’. In the episode, Smith seemed to suggest that Prescott’s words about him wanting to win the Super Bowl with the Dallas Cowboys should not be taken seriously, especially since he always says the same thing every year.
Prescott spoke to reporters during the training camp with the Cowboys this week and seemed adamant about winning a championship with his team. Despite being with the Cowboys since 2016, the 31-year-old quarterback is yet to win a Super Bowl in his career.
“I want to win a championship. The legacy, the things, whatever comes after I finish playing will take care of itself. I want to win a championship. Be damned if it’s just for my legacy, or if it’s for this team, for my personal being, for my sanity. Yeah, the legacy will take care of itself. I have to stay where my feet are.” Dak Prescott said to reporters during the training camp.
“Well, what the hell was he supposed to say? ‘I want to lose?’ It’s the same old stuff with this guy. Listen, he’s the biggest wasted quote in professional sports. He is the one quarterback if I could petition the NFL to say don’t let a quarterback talk, because you get nothing from him. All you have to do is rewind the clock two years ago, four years ago, six years ago, he says the same thing every year.” Stephen A. Smith said about Dak Prescott in ‘First Take’.

Dak Prescott, meanwhile, looks pretty confident of taking his team to the championships in the upcoming NFL season. In the previous year, Prescott’s shoulder injury cost the team the Super Bowl since the Cowboys struggled very much after his exit from the season.

Dak Prescott Beaten By HC Brian Schottenheimer In Ping Pong
While Dak Prescott seems to be eager to win a Super Bowl with the Dallas Cowboys in the upcoming NFL season, the starting quarterback has already faced defeats during the offseason. Cowboys head coach Brian Schottenheimer apparently put a ping pong table in the team’s locker room and beat Prescott in the game.

Schottenheimer’s next target is the team’s linebacker, Micah Parsons, announcing the challenge to team reporter Ed Werder. Parsons replied to the tweet with a picture of himself with his tongue out.
