The Dallas Cowboys had a season to forget in 2024. After three consecutive 12-win seasons, Dallas finished this season 7-10 and well out of playoff contention. The off-season will be spent trying to get healthy and add key players to their roster.
As it turns out, they might be able to re-sign a star on top of that.

According to Jon Machota of The Athletic:
Cowboys DE Micah Parsons said there’s no question he wants to remain in Dallas.
“I called upon the star. I landed on it, and I’m grateful. I feel like I got one of the best jobs in America.”
Parsons on wanting to get his next contract done as soon as possible: “I don’t want to hold anybody up. I want to see some of these (free agents) back in this locker room.
We have a great opportunity. I want to see change. I want to see players here. I want to be as aggressive as we can be. I don’t want to be a headache to nobody.”
As last off-season was focused on extending Dak Prescott and CeeDee Lamb, the same attention will likely be paid to Micah Parsons this off-season. Parsons has developed into one of the best pass rushers in the NFL. Here is a look:
