The Dallas Cowboys aren’t doing their fans any favors. A 27-20 loss to the Cincinnati Bengals dropped Dallas to 5-8 on the year and eliminated them from any real chance of making the playoffs (no they haven’t been mathematically eliminated yet).
Going from three consecutive 12-win seasons, to 5-8 this year, has felt like a gut punch to their fans. So much so that one fan had to relieve stress in the stands.

On Monday night, a Dallas Cowboys fan was taking every precaution to make his viewing experience as stress-free as possible:

It was the Cowboys’ eighth loss of the season, largely due to their inability to finish the game. Apparently, a senior fan came prepared for disappointment as he was caught on camera taking draws from a cigarette.
Sneaking cigarettes and a lighter into an NFL stadium preparing for disappointment is hard to handle. There are 26 NFL venues where smoking is prohibited, including AT&T Stadium. There are also no e-cigarettes or vaporizers allowed, but there are designated smoking areas outside the stadium.
With just two minutes left in the fourth quarter, the Cowboys handed the game to Cincinnati in the most comical fashion.
After securing possession and blocking the punt, one of their cornerbacks touched the ball beyond the line of scrimmage, giving possession back to the visitors. Within seconds the Dallas fan base went from ecstatic to heart broken.
While it isn’t allowed, many fans can see why this particular fan was so stressed.
