College Football and NFL fans have taken to social media to crush an NFL legendary running back for his college football take. It is a bit strange that in the media, former players will comment on things that they have no idea about, and with LeSean McCoy, that has him getting flamed on social media.
LeSean McCoy Thinks Sheduer Sanders Is QB1 In All Of CFB
McCoy only needed to watch one single game of college football to determine that Sanders is the best quarterback in the country.
“Shedeur Sanders BEST QB in NCAA…seriously I can’t name another,” McCoy tweeted.

While Sanders did have an incredible game with 445 yards through the air and four touchdowns, to prop him up as by far the best quarterback shows how little McCoy watches college ball.
While Sheduer is certainly in the top ten of quarterbacks, he is not close to the number one spot. ESPN’s rankings have him at No. 8.
- Carson Beck, Georgia
- Dillion Gabriel, Oregon
- Quinn Ewers, Texas
- Jalen Milroe, Alabama
- Noah Fifita, Arizona
- Jaxson Dart, Ole Miss
- Jalon Daniels, Kansas
And then Sanders comes in after all of these players. Apparently, McCoy hasn’t heard of any of these guys’ names before, and fans have been quick to social media to crush the former star running back for his uneducated take.
NFL And College Football Fans Crush McCoy For His Take
While Sanders is one of the best in the business at quarterback, Fans have taken to social media to torch McCoy for his take, claiming that he doesn’t watch the sport at all.

“No… just no. Barely survived NDSU. Let’s see how he does in conference play first,” one tweet read.
“Because he actually can’t name another. He doesn’t watch the sport,” another tweet read.
“I genuinely don’t know if Shady can name another,” another fan tweeted.
“Do you watch college football?” another tweet read.
It is a bit bothersome when former players who are in the media comment on the sport as if they have any understanding, but it’s good to see fans educate him a bit on the state of quarterbacks in college.
There is a former GM in the league who sees Sanders going way later in the first round to the Dallas Cowboys.
