The Cleveland Browns have one of the best pass rushers in the NFL, Myles Garrett, and last season, he brought home NFL Defensive Player Of the Year.
Garrett helped lead the Browns to the playoffs and made Cleveland one of the best defensive units in the NFL.
The Browns’ defense performed well this past weekend, holding Jacksonville to only 13 points and helping Cleveland earn its first win of the year.
Myles Garrett Is Dealing With An Injury
The 28-year-old pass rusher has been dealing with a foot injury this week, and his status for this week’s game against the New York Giants is still in question.
Garrett revealed on Friday that he has been having issues with both of his feet. A tweet from Cleveland Browns reporter Mary Kay Cabot stated,” Myles Garrett revealed it’s both feet that are bothering him. We have discussed a possible procedure somewhere down the road. Possibly related to double foot surgery he had as a boy.”

The news about Garrett’s feet is not good, and the thought of even having surgery sometime down the line should concern all Browns fans.
Garrett is the most important player on the entire team, and if he misses a significant part of the season, Cleveland could lose its playoff hopes.
The offense has shown no signs of being a strength of the football team this season, and quarterback Deshaun Watson has looked okay so far in the first two games.
The defense will have to be the strength of the football team once again, and Garrett is why the defense is so good.
Cornerback Denzel Ward is also a stud, but he also deals with injury issues and was on a snap count against the Jaguars last week.
It will be important to see how Garrett does each week. Hopefully, the injuries to his feet will not require surgery until after the season.
