Cleveland Browns: Shedeur Sanders’ Teammate Sends Fiery Message Amid Schedule Issue

The Cleveland Browns are easily one of the most talked-about teams in the offseason. That has a lot to do with the quarterback situation over in The Land, with two rookies in Dillon Gabriel and Shedeur Sanders getting added to the mix that already features veteran Joe Flacco, Kenny Pickett and the injured Deshaun Watson.

Despite all the attention, the Browns don’t have a schedule packed with prime-time games in the 2025 NFL season. That was not lost on Cleveland defensive lineman Shelby Harris.

    Via Bobby Kownack of NFL.com:

“I’ll say it like this, you know, they can count us out all they want to,” Harris said this week on Honor the Land. “It’s up to us to go into the season and start whooping people’s asses. I get it. Last year wasn’t the season that we expected, and now this year they’re going to say we didn’t get prime time because of all of the quarterback controversy. Who cares? Screw ’em.”

With or without prime-time games on their schedule, the Browns can be expected to attract attention in 2025. While they won just three games and missed the playoffs in 2024, the Browns remain an intriguing team to follow. For one, they have the potential to shock the league in 2025, especially since not many people are placing bets on them to seriously contend for a playoff spot, let alone for a Super Bowl title.

The Browns will kick off their 2025 campaign with a home game against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 1. Meanwhile, some of their notable non-division games include their consecutive meetings with the Green Bay Packers in Week 3, Detroit Lions in Week 4 and Minnesota Vikings in Week 5.

The Browns also have games against the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 12 and versus the San Francisco 49ers in Week 13.
