The Cleveland Browns will be facing a major decision this offseason: What should they do at quarterback?
Deshaun Watson is heading into year four of his five-year deal and is currently sitting on the sidelines with a ton of Achilles. There is a great chance he won’t be ready to play until the middle of the fall in 2025.

Watson also played poorly when he was on the field, so there is also a chance they will move on from him because of that factor.
Cleveland will most likely have a Top Five pick, and if they do go quarterback, they will have many options.
In a 2025 mock draft from Vinnie Iyer at The Sporting News, the Browns took Miami quarterback Cam Ward and stated, “The Browns need to move on from Deshaun Watson by at least thinking about 2026, and Ward would give them a strong-armed pocket passer who can work well in this system should Kevin Stefanski and Ken Dorsey remain intact as the offensive leaders.”
If Cleveland does decide to make a change at quarterback this offseason, they will need to do it by going into the draft and getting their signal caller; they can develop and hopefully have around the next 15 years.

It will be interesting to see what the Browns do at the position over the next few months. If keeping Watson is the answer, then the Browns will have many issues over the next handful of seasons.
