The Cleveland Browns and coaching changes usually go together like peanut butter and jelly, but the organization has not had to make any moves at the head coaching spot over the last few years.

In 2020, the Browns hired Kevin Stefanski as their next head coach, and four years later, he is still coaching in Cleveland. This is a shock, given the past history of all the head coaches in the organization who didn’t make it a second or third year.
Stefanski’s two playoff appearances and two NFL Coach of the Year Awards help explain why the team hasn’t fired him, but this season, the 42-year-old head coach is having issues. The Cleveland Browns are heading into their bye week with a losing record of 2-7, and a lot of that has to do with quarterback Deshaun Watson. Before he went out with a season-ending injury two weeks ago, Watson was one of the worst starters in the league.

Even though Watson has been bad, so has Stefanski. His offense is terrible, and many fans call for his firing either at the bye or the end of the season.

Kevin Stefanski deserves to be fired! This guy gets every excuse in the world. This is HIS garbage team he continually puts on the field. These are HIS players that are NEVER prepared. These are HIS staff members who fail every week. Enough is enough! Stefanski sucks!
