The Cleveland Browns home opener against the Dallas Cowboys was one of the worst games the franchise has had since they came back in 1999, and that is saying a lot since the team did go 1-15 and 0-16 back-to-back years.
The Browns didn’t have a chance from the start, and the offense led by quarterback Deshaun Watson was awful, and that’s putting it nicely.
Cleveland looked like one of the worst teams in the NFL, and only the Carolina Panthers looked worse than them on Sunday.
To make matters worse, the entire country was watching the game since it was the 4:25 game on Fox, with Tom Brady making his broadcast debut. Browns fans booed all day, and some Cleveland Browns players were unhappy.

Cleveland’s starting right guard Wyatt Teller who was part of the offensive line that couldn’t block anyone, stated,” It’s game one, calm down, it sucks I hate losing, calm down its; going to be okay.”

Browns fans have all the right to be mad about their team’s performance. They spent a lot of money to go to the game, and they watched the Browns get one first down in the first half.
Cleveland fans don’t need to be calm. They should boo every chance they get. The Browns traded away three first-round picks for Watson and gave him $230 million. He couldn’t compete a pass over 10 yards for most of the game.
The Browns will be a bad team; fans know this will be a long season. Many fans took to social media to react to Teller telling them to calm down.
