The Cleveland Browns want to score many points in 2023
The Cleveland Browns are making moves to improve their offense next season. The Browns will have Deshaun Watson eligible for the entire 2023 season, and they’re looking to make a playoff push with their talented roster.
But they might not be finished adding to the offense. The Browns signed wide receiver Marquise Goodwin last week. They recently traded with the New York Jets to receive wide receiver Elijah Moore. According to Chris Easterling with the Akron Beach Journal, Browns’ general manager Andrew Berry said he wants more help for the offense:
“I don’t think I ever feel that any unit is ever complete, honestly,” Berry told a handful of Northeast Ohio reporters Sunday evening at the NFL’s annual meetings at the Arizona Biltmore. “I think we have a number of good players on that side of the ball that still have to come together. I think we have a nice mix of skillsets with our perimeter group, but that doesn’t mean we’re not going to try to add guys to that side of the ball.”
The Browns could use all the help they can get. The AFC North is only getting better in 2023.
