The Cleveland Browns know they must upgrade their quarterback situation this offseason, and they have two options to find this year’s starter.
Cleveland could sign a free-agent veteran quarterback and give him the keys to the car all season long, or will they draft a rookie quarterback with the No. 2 pick?

The Browns don’t have many free-agent quarterback options, but they could sign a former Super Bowl champion. The Pittsburgh Steelers are discussing what to do at quarterback this offseason, and two names come to mind: Russell Wilson and Aaron Rodgers.
Wilson was the Steelers’ starter last year, but they could go after Rodgers, now a free agent, after the New York Jets moved in a different direction.

If the Steelers do sign Rodgers, Wilson could head to the Browns, and Cleveland.com’s Mary Kay Cabot thinks that could happen.
“With the Steelers in the mix for Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers, Wilson could become available. He would be a perfect option for the Browns, who have him on their radar, ” Cabot wrote.
Wilson is a 10-time Pro Bowler and made the game last year after throwing for 2,482 yards and touchdowns in 11 games with the Steelers.
The Browns would be a nice option for Wilson to start for a season if the team does draft a quarterback who needs a year to sit and learn the game.
