The 7-8 Cincinnati Bengals, still holding onto their slim chances of clinching a playoff berth, will host the 9-6 Denver Broncos at Paycor Stadium on Saturday afternoon. To clinch the seventh seed/playoff berth in the AFC, Cincinnati must win out, Denver must lose both games, and Indianapolis and Miami must lose or tie one of their final two games. The Bengals are 3.5-point favorites, with an over/under of 49.5 points.
The Cincinnati Bengals star WR2 is battling two separate injuries
Tee Higgins is dealing with a knee and ankle injury. Higgins popped up on last week’s injury report with a knee injury and managed to play but suffered an ankle injury during the second half in Week 16 against the Cleveland Browns. He participated in this week’s practice as a limited participant, and the Bengals listed him as questionable for their must-win game.
The Bengals, who are 6-4 with their star receiver in the lineup compared to 1-4 without him, cannot afford for him to miss his sixth game of the season. He is currently second on the team in receptions, targets, receiving yards, receiving touchdowns, and yards per game, with 58 receptions on 92 targets for 727 yards, seven touchdowns, and 72.7 yards per game.
