The Cincinnati Bengals are looking to get healthy for the start of the 2023 season.  No injury has more of an impact on their 2023 season than Joe Burrow’s.   For the first time since suffering a strained right calf on July 27th, Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow returned to practice this past week.  Star wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase spoke out about his franchise quarterback possibly returning for week one.

There is no doubt that the Bengals’ top priority is to get and keep Burrow healthy.  Ja’Marr Chase says that from what he observed of Burrow on the practice field, he believes his franchise quarterback is ready to take the field as soon as possible.

“He looked good. I didn’t see hobbling, I didn’t see much. He doesn’t look like he’s having any problems,” Chase said. “When Joe’s out there, it’s a little more dialed in. He’s stayed positive about the whole situation. It’s all about the health and how he feels. That’s the most important thing this year. We want to get him back, make sure he’s healthy, 100 percent healthy.”

When Bengals fans saw that Burrow is nearing his return, they took to social media to react:
