Christian McCaffrey and his wife Olivia Culpo seem to be getting ready to settle down in a new home with their recent investment
TMZ reported that Mr. and Mrs. McCaffrey recently came together to purchase a $14.5 million mansion in Fryman Canyon, LA. It is a luxury property previously owned by Hollywood star George Clooney.
According to reports, Christian McCaffrey and Olivia Culpo were represented by Kevin Dees of Carolwood Estates, while Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency Inc. represented Clooney in the transaction. Rappaport confirmed the transaction, but that was the extent of his involvement as he declined to comment further.
Clooney had listed the house recently, according to TMZ. He purchased the property almost 30 years ago from singer Stevie Nicks for about $2.2 million.
The 7,500-square-feet property is a six-bedroom house surrounded by trees and a luxuriant garden. The mansion that Clooney’s wife Amal described as their own “private oasis” back in 2018 also has guest houses, a swimming pool, and a tennis court.

Aside from George Clooney’s mansion in Fryman Canyon, Christian McCaffrey and Olivia Culpo have more properties they purchased as a married couple.
Drafted in 2017, McCaffrey first bought a condo in 2019 for $2 million, which he then sold for $3 million in 2023. He also bought a 500-acre property in Lake Norman that featured a 50,000-square-foot house. The house was then listed for $12.5 million this year.
Meanwhile, Culpo started her venture into real estate in 2017 with a $1.1 million condo purchase. McCaffrey’s wife then bought a $3.5 million California home in 2019.
The McCaffrey couple have a collective net worth of $39 million—Christian McCaffrey is worth $30 million, while Olivia Culpo is worth $9 million.
Neither Caffrey, Culpo, nor Clooney commented on their latest multi-million investment deal. And owing to their hectic schedules, it might take a while before the pair moves to their new home in California.
McCaffrey plays for the San Francisco 49ers, who are currently 2-2 after winning their Week 4 game against the New England Patriots last Sunday. They are currently second in the NFC West team standings, behind the 3-0 Seattle Seahawks. They are next scheduled to host the Arizona Cardinals next Sunday, October 6, and then visit the Seahawks the following week.
Christian McCaffrey and Olivia Culpo were rumored to be dating in 2019. The rumors were confirmed a month later when they were seen holding hands on a beach in Mexico. They were engaged in April 2023 and got married last July.
