It has been reported that Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are taking their relationship to the next level by making a big commitment. They have decided to adopt a puppy together, according to a source close to the couple:
Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce have taken their relationship to the next level by adopting a puppy together, a move that insiders suggest could be a “trial run” for an even bigger step in the future.
The Grammy-winning singer and the Kansas City Chiefs star have been publicly dating since September 2023, and as their relationship matures, this latest milestone has sparked speculation about their long-term plans.
Adopting a pet isn’t a decision Swift and Kelce made lightly. A source close to the couple revealed, “They knew this would be a big commitment, and they see it as a way to strengthen their partnership. Raising a puppy together requires teamwork, patience, and a lot of love-things they already have in abundance.”
Kelce’s brother, former NFL player Jason Kelce, was the first to hint at the new addition to the family. During a recent podcast appearance, he jokingly shared how the puppy had already gotten comfortable in Kelce’s Kansas City home-perhaps a little too comfortable, given its love for chewing on high-end furniture.
Kelce is said to be considering both his on and off-field future after confirming his return to the Chiefs for his 13th season. The insider explains, “Taylor is interested in the idea of getting married to him, but she is not in a rush.” In the meantime, she is enjoying her time with him and their new pup is the perfect addition to their family.”
