Kansas City Chiefs’ legendary tight end Travis Kelce probably can’t wait for the 2025 NFL Season to start.  Not only will get he an opportunity to avenge his team’s Super Bowl loss, but he will fully be able to focus on football and not countless off-the-field stories.

However, he recently made an announcement on his New Heights Podcast that had every fan shocked.

“New Heights” podcasters Travis and Jason Kelce were back in the studio on Tuesday to record a new episode. Their announcement had fans everywhere talking:

Over the past few weeks, the show’s main guests have included Cleveland Cavaliers star Donovan Mitchell and NFL Hall of Famer Joe Thomas.

However, “New Heights” switched gears entirely by announcing Ben Affleck as this week’s guest. Fans were in disbelief that the two-time Academy Award winner would appear on Wednesday’s episode.

One woman simply commented, “Omg, wow.” One person wrote, “Um, Holy [expletive]!! What a get for a guest!!” A fan added, “Wait this is actually the last person I would’ve expected 🤯.”

Another fan posted, “This is going to be E P I C !!!” One X user wrote, “Didn’t have Ben Affleck on my NH guest bingo card but OKAY.” Another woman commented, “I can’t believe this.”

In the episode’s preview, Jason asked Affleck, a diehard New England Patriots fan, about the time he got to run routes with the legendary Tom Brady. “Aside from the birth of my children,” Affleck answered, “that was the greatest day of my life.”
