The Kansas City Chiefs are going into the 2025 season ready to prove that they’re still the team to beat in the NFL. Falling one win short of a three-peat is still extremely impressive and Kansas City has proven year after year with Andy Reid that they’ll be competitive.
However, news has just broke that the team has made a significant change to their General Manger position.
Breaking: Chiefs Make Massive Change To General Manager Just Days Before Training Camp (Report)

A series of promotions and new hires were announced by the Kansas City Chiefs, just days before training camp:
While none of the moves impacted Kansas City’s coaching staff, the savvy maneuvers are sure to manifest in subtle changes to the Chiefs’ long-term trajectory over the course of the next few years.
Mike Bradaway and Tim Shea were both promoted to Assistant General Manager roles. Ryne Nutt and Tim Terry both saw their titles upgraded to Vice President of Player Personnel, and Marc Richards was promoted to Director of Football Research and Development.

Dru Grigson, Kansas City’s Senior College & Pro Scouting Executive, and Sarah Pollack, the team’s Football Data Science Fellow, were among the Chiefs’ new hires.
In addition to the fresh blood in Kansas City’s front office, the team also announced its Summer Staff of temporary helpers for training camp. Curtis McGhee, Brayden Nagy, and Ryan O’Conner will be the Chiefs’ Player Personnel Interns. Kekoa Ulufauna and Maggie Woodrow were selected as Norma Hunt Training Camp Fellows.
