Chad Johnson, former NFL wide receiver, recently challenged fitness influencer Ashton Hall to a race. Hall went viral for his ‘4 AM’ routine, for which he was heavily trolled. In the routine, Hall can be seen waking up before 4 AM and going through several processes, including gargling with Saratoga Spring Water and dunking his face in a bowl of ice.
Johnson started off his NFL career with the Cincinnati Bengals who selected him as the 36th pick in the second round of the 2001 draft. The wide receiver then played for the New England Patriots before ending his career with the Miami Dolphins. In his entire career, Johnson managed a total of 766 receptions for 11,059 yards, scoring 67 touchdowns for the team.
“I want to race dude,” Chad Johnson tweeted on his X account, while sharing a post by Ashton Hall.

Ashton Hall is not only a fitness influencer, but also played college football for Alcorn State as a running back. While he has been uploading videos on his YouTube channel and social media handles for several years, his 4 AM routine video is the one which led to his account going viral.
After his video went viral, Hall’s routine has been tried by numerous other influencers. While some of them did commend Hall for the early morning kick-start, most of the responses were critical. Several exercise experts have also trolled Hall for his routine, remarking that the strict regimen did nothing positive for the human body.

Chad Johnson Roasts CeeDee Lamb’s Fitness Expenditure
Apart from commenting on Ashton Hall’s fitness routine, Chad Johnson also has plenty of history in trolling other NFL players for their respective routines and strict regiments. A couple of days back, Johnson targeted Dallas Cowboys wide receiver CeeDee Lamb for his.

Lamb has been reported to spend around $1.3 million on his health and fitness. The 26-year-old wide receiver has apparently invested plenty in red light therapy, ice baths, steam rooms, saunas and even hyperbaric chambers as part of his recovery.
“Yo @_CeeDeeThree I can eliminate this expense by 1.2 million, all you need is a gym membership & McDonalds” former wide receiver Chad Johnson trolled CeeDee Lamb for his extravagant expenditure on recovery.

As the game of football is getting more and more physical, footballers of today are not hesitant to invest in plenty of recovery tools. This is especially since they risk injuries all the time and one injury can essentially ruin their career for good.
