Cam Ward, newly drafted Tennessee Titans quarterback, was apparently kicked out of the team’s office, and head coach Brian Callahan had a few words to say on the matter. Callahan spoke to reporters on Tuesday and remarked that while Ward had plenty of enthusiasm, which is definitely great, the quarterback needs to learn to regulate it, especially since the football season has yet to start and will go on for a long time.
Ward was selected by the lucky Tennessee Titans as the first pick in the very first round of the 2025 NFL draft. Before the league, the quarterback split his college football career between the Incarnate Word Cardinals, the Washington State Cougars, and the Miami (Fl) Hurricanes. In his senior year for the Hurricanes, Ward threw for a total of 4,313 yards, scoring an impressive 39 touchdowns, along with seven interceptions.
“I had that conversation (with him). You know, everybody always starts out, out of the gate pretty hot. But you start to get into an actual routine, and you understand how long of the season it is, and the marathon that it is for young players. From the time they finish the college season, the time they finish in NFL season. I’ve made that point again. It’s not telling him what to do, I’m just making the point that there’s a lot ahead of him that he’s not aware of yet… So they learn, they figure it out. Let’s try to help them and give them advice and point it out again. But I have no problem, guys, trying to get the work in.” Brian Callahan said to reporters in the press conference on Tuesday about Cam Ward getting kicked out of the Tennessee Titans’ office.
Even before the NFL draft, Cam Ward was touted to be a hot prospect. Ward is expected to be the future of the Tennessee Titans and will learn the ropes of the game from veteran Will Levis. With the entry of Ward in the team, Levis will most likely be a backup QB for the team.

Cam Ward’s Titans To Start Season With Broncos Clash
Cam Ward and the rest of the Tennessee Titans will be kicking off their 2025 NFL season with a matchup against the Denver Broncos. Before meeting Denver, the Titans will be warming up with three preseason games against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the Atlanta Falcons, and the Minnesota Vikings.

After meeting the Broncos in the first week of the forthcoming football season, the Titans will head to take on the Los Angeles Rams for Week 2. The Titans will aim to do better after a disastrous previous NFL season.
