Caleb Williams, quarterback for the Chicago Bears, may have his future solidified with the team, especially since General Manager Ryan Poles was given a four-year extension of his contract. This was discussed in detail by none other than former Carolina Panthers linebacker Luke Kuechly in his latest appearance on the ‘Up & Adams Show’.

According to Kuechly, Williams needs plenty of extra care and nurture in order to bring out the right quarterback and leadership skills that the Bears need as a team. With Poles’ long-term presence in the Bears, the team will be able to do exactly this for Caleb Williams.
“I think what changes for Caleb Williams, that’s going to be super helpful, is everybody talks about. How do you take care of a young quarterback? And a lot of it has to do with the passing game, the amount of play action pass that Detroit used last year with Jared Goff was, you know, tough top five in the league,” Luke Kuechly spoke about Caleb Williams and Ryan Poles in the Chicago Bears franchise.

Caleb Williams will be playing his sophomore season with the Bears in the upcoming football year. In the previous season, it is widely known that Williams definitely did not live up to his potential as a starting quarterback and this was mostly blamed on terrible coaching and management. However, this time out, Williams definitely has a better chance with Ben Johnson taking over as head coach of the Chicago Bears.
Caleb Williams Trolled For Wearing Blue Nail Polish
Meanwhile, Caleb Williams recently faced severe trolling from social media users who called him homophobic slurs as a result of his latest selfie. The Chicago Bears quarterback was seen wearing a suave jacket, flashing a watch with an orange strap, and had his nails painted blue. For the nail polish, the comments section was filled with comments calling the talented QB ‘gay’.

Of course, not all comments directed at Williams’ nail-do were negative. Many social media users seem to love the quarterback breaking traditional convention and rocking some bright colored nails. While men painting their nails is definitely nothing new, seeing a popping color of blue on both hands on Williams was definitely not in everyone’s diary for 2025. Hopefully, the quarterback will rock more manicures while playing his second season for the Chicago Bears, which will kick off with a matchup against the Minnesota Vikings in Week 1.
