What to expect from the Cougars
The Offense struggled this past weekend in Eugene. Hall had over 300 passing yards and overall had a great game. The Running backs had another hard week with only 61 yards. For the Cougars to have a great season the running game needs to pick up some more yards. The wide receivers are struggling without Nacua and Romney. The young ones have done their best to play ball and work with Hall but they just don’t have the chemistry that the other two have with Hall.
The defense needs to not do what they did last week. Overall they just didn’t come out and play their game. The line needs to step it up if Batty and Mariner can’t go again on Saturday. The corner backs and linebackers need to make the tackles and not be afraid to hit the player with the ball. They also need more turnovers none against Baylor and then one against Oregon.
The kicking game is struggling if Oldroyd can’t make field goals then its time to start thinking about putting in the backup.
What to expect from the Cowboys
Wyoming is coming in 3-1 and they are rolling. Andrew Peasley is their quarterback last week against Air Force he threw for 162 yards and one interception. Titus Swen running back for the cowboys rushed for 102 yards. This offense should be easy for the Cougars to stay true to the fundamentals.
The defense allowed 272 yard this past weekend. They are allowing enough yards that the Cougars should get an easy win here.
