BYU Quarterback Jaren Hall has been voted Player of the Month by Kia America. Jaren Hall is having a great 2022 season. He is also listed high on many NFL potential draft picks.
Bio
Jaren Hall Junior Quarterback. 6-1 205 lbs from Spanish Fork Utah. Hall before coming to BYU played for Maple Mountain High School where he played running back and quarterback. While he also played basketball and baseball. Before joining BYU in 2018 he went on his LDS Mission to Roseville California. He also played baseball for the Cougars in 2019 and 2020. Hall’s BYU roots run deep as his mom and dad both played sports for BYU and both of his brothers have or are currently playing for BYU. While playing for the Cougars he has been both excellent at quarterback but will run when the pocket collapses.

Earlier Seasons
Hall started his time here at BYU playing in just two games and rushed for four yards. In 2019 when Zach Wilson went down with an injury he played in seven games and passed for 420 yards and one touchdown. He excited in the Utah State game that season. Last year he was named starter quarterback and played in 10 games before leaving with an injury. During those 10 games he threw for 2,583 yards, 20 touchdowns and five interceptions.

2022 Season
Hall came into this season on fire and has never slowed down whether its been throwing the ball or running for a key first down. In the win over South Florida he threw for 261 yards, two touchdowns and one interception. He also rushed for 17 yards. When Baylor came to Provo and he was down some key targets he still figured it out how to get to it done. Hall threw for 261 yards and one touchdown. Also rushing for 28 yards. Losing to Oregon he struggled in the game without some top targets and some lineman. He still threw for 305 yards and two touchdowns with just 19 rushing yards. In the win over Wyoming he passed for 337 yards, four touchdowns and also rushed for 17 yards. Last week against the Aggies he threw for 274 yards and three touchdowns.

Jaren Hall has been named to many lists for awards, and has also been getting NFL notice and will most likely play at the next level. Hall is ready to continue to lead the Cougars to more wins and to hopefully a new year six bowl game.
