After winning a Super Bowl with the Philadelphia Eagles in 2018, Buffalo Bills’ Mack Hollins knows a thing or two about his role on the field. Just recently, he dropped some great advice for young wide receivers on the important things they should be doing.
Hollins has played in the NFL since 2017. He attended North Carolina, where he had a successful college career. As a sophomore in 2014, he earned honorable mention All-ACC honors after catching 35 passes for 613 yards and 8 touchdowns. His junior year in 2015 was even better, as he led the NCAA in yards per reception with 24.8 and caught 30 passes for 745 yards and eight more scores.
Hollins was drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles in the fourth round of the 2017 NFL Draft. He played for the Eagles from 2017-2019, winning a Super Bowl with the team in 2018. He then spent two seasons with the Miami Dolphins before signing with the Las Vegas Raiders in 2022.
Most recently, in 2023, the wide receiver played for the Atlanta Falcons. This offseason, he signed a one-year contract with the Buffalo Bills, where he will look to continue his professional career.
Buffalo Bills’ Mack Hollins Drops Sage Advice To Young Wide Receivers
Just recently, Hollins appeared in an episode of Green Light with Chris Long, a production of Yote House Media, and talked about several topics. In a video posted by the podcast’s official YouTube account, the Bills star gave young wide receivers some useful advice.
“I’d just say train football. A lot of the shit I see is just like goofy. It’s just like what are you doing? You’d never do that in a game. You took 37 steps and did a damn dance move. Don’t get bored doing the right thing. Just go run routes. Go catch the ball,” Hollins said.
Hollins recently agreed to a one-year, $3 million contract with the Bills. He is projected to replace Gabe Davis, who signed with the Jacksonville Jaguars. Known for his special teams prowess, Hollins provides the Bills with depth and flexibility as a deep threat in their high-powered offense.
Throughout his NFL journey, Hollins has established himself as a versatile receiver and valuable special teams contributor. With his size, speed, and playmaking ability, he has the potential to make an impact wherever he lands.
