The Buffalo Bills were the number two seed in the AFC once again this season. Josh Allen lost once again to Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC Championship Game.

However, Allen was one of five finalists for the AP MVP Award this season. Four of the other players who were nominated are Lamar Jackson of the Baltimore Ravens, Joe Burrow of the Cincinnati Bengals, Jared Goff of the Detroit Lions, and Saquon Barkley of the Philadelphia Eagles. This was a very tight decision for the MVP award this season.
Buffalo Bills Quarterback Josh Allen Wins MVP

At the NFL honors on Thursday, it was announced that Josh Allen finally won his MVP award. With Patrick Mahomes already winning several in his career and Lamar Jackson having two, it felt like it was due for Allen to finally win the award.
The Buffalo Bills were a team who were doubted at the start of the season with people predicting the New York Jets and Aaron Rodgers to make the playoffs. They also picked the Miami Dolphins and Tua Tagovailoa to make the playoffs as well.
Josh Allen carried the team on his back. Allen this season completed 63.6% of his passes for 3,731 yards, 28 touchdowns, and six interceptions. He also rushed for 531 yards on 102 carries and 12 touchdowns, along with averaging 5.2 yards per carry.

Allen and Lamar Jackson were neck-and-neck in first place in voting for the MVP Award this season. This may not be the last time in his NFL career that the star Bills quarterback will win this ward. The award he wants to win in the future is a Super Bowl Title and a Super Bowl MVP as well.
