After the Browns were predicted to beat the New York Jets, they will have a Browns vs. Steelers primetime matchup.
This will be the first time the Browns will be playing the Steelers without Ben Roethlisberger, so they may have an edge. The Browns will probably also be without Deshaun Watson due to a suspension, so Jacoby Brissett should be under center. And as for the Steelers, Mitchell Trubisky is projected to be their quarterback.
How Should the Browns Perform on Offense?
With the Browns’ first two games being against some poor defenses, the Browns will now be facing a gritty Steelers defense. The Steelers have the sixth-ranked defense in the power rankings, and for good reason. The Steelers have the defensive player of the year in TJ Watt, along with players like Minkah Fitzpatrick, Cam Heyward, Terrell Edmunds, Devin Bush, and Myles Jack. But in short, the Steelers have a pretty good defense.
They may have all of these players, but the Browns have been successful on offense against the Steelers in the past.

But, with Brissett under center, this could be an ugly offensive game for the Browns. Brissett should be able to get some good offense in, but the Browns may have to rely on Nick Chubb once again. The Steelers’ defense might be able to contain Nick Chubb, but he can get some good runs in.
Can the Browns Execute on Defense?
This should be a big defensive game for both teams. For most of this season, the Steelers might rely on the run game with Najee Harris. Trubisky’s stats are good, but he is an inaccurate quarterback.
According to Sports Info Solutions, they found that Trubisky had the lowest on-target rate in the league.
The Steelers’ offensive line also isn’t too great according to PFF. Their offensive line is ranked 30th in the entire league. So, Myles Garrett and Jadeveon Clowney should get some good pressure.
So, Who Gets the Win in Week Three?
This game should come down to whose defense will perform the best. But, with the Browns having some better weapons on the offensive side and a better offensive line, the Browns should be able to pull this one out in some primetime action.
Final Score Prediction: Browns 23, Steelers 17
Browns Record Through Three Games: 3-0
