The Cleveland Browns are seeing one of their promising young rookies go through some tumultuous times off the field. Just months after having his dream come true in being drafted into the NFL, he is seeing legal issues become the focus of his life.
Now, details are emerging on what exactly happened.
“Officers Attempted Contact With The Suspect” Browns Rookie Sees Shocking Details Emerge (Breaking)

Quinshon Judkins, a rookie for the Cleveland Browns, has been arrested, but more details have emerged:
Judkins, a second-round pick in this year’s NFL Draft, was arrested in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, on Saturday, with The Athletic’s Zac Jackson reporting that he was taken in on charges of battery and domestic violence.
The development comes shortly before the start of the Browns’ training camp, and Judkins’ future is now unclear as he is one of 30 second-round picks who are yet to sign their rookie deals.
A team spokesman said the Browns were “aware and gathering information” following the arrest.
ESPN’s Daniel Oysefusi has noted that the matter is already “pending trial,” and a court appearance for the first-degree misdemeanor has been scheduled for Monday.

Oysefusi has also obtained a statement from the Fort Lauderdale Police Department stating that officers were summoned to the scene of a suspected battery at West Cypress Creek Road and had a conversation with the alleged victim before taking Judkins into custody and charging him forthwith.
“During their preliminary investigation it was determined a battery had occurred,” the statement notes. “The officers made contact with the suspect and placed him into custody. He was transported to Broward County Main Jail. The suspect has been identified as Quinshon Judkins, DOB 10/29/2003 and has been charged with Misdemeanor Battery.”
This latest arrest forms part of a trend for the Browns and their rookies. Quarterback Shedeur Sanders found himself in trouble with the law after traffic violations last month.
Last year, second-round pick Mike Hall Jr. was also arrested on a domestic violence charge that saw him miss four games before he was suspended for another fixture.
