Brock Purdy, starting quarterback for the San Francisco 49ers, and his wife Jenna recently announced that they have welcomed a baby daughter. The pair, who have been married since 2024, made the announcement on Instagram with a monochrome picture of them and their daughter, Millie Joleen Purdy.
Purdy, who recently signed a whopping contract extension with the San Francisco 49ers, is all out to do even more in the 2025 NFL season especially since he is a new father. Purdy and Jenna have been together since their days at Iowa State University and are known to be pretty low-key.

Brock Purdy will be getting ready for his fourth season with the San Francisco 49ers, who bagged him in the final round of the draft. Despite being Mr. Irrelevant for some time, Purdy quickly managed to rise up to become the lead quarterback of the 49ers. In the 2024 NFL season, the quarterback did not have such a great season and is hoping to churn out bigger numbers in the upcoming season.
Brock Purdy and the San Francisco 49ers are currently gearing up for their game of the 2025 NFL campaign with a matchup against the Seattle Seahawks. The team has been pretty busy this offseason with tight end George Kittle, also receiving a massive contract extension.
Brock Purdy’s Baby News Was Leaked Earlier By Mason Pline
Brock Purdy and Jenna chose to keep their pregnancy very private and it was only known with their recent Instagram post that the couple was expecting a child this whole time. However, the news was actually leaked a few days back by none other than San Francisco 49ers tight end Mason Pline in an interview. Pline appeared on Larry Krueger’s show on YouTube and casually announced that Purdy is expecting a kid.
“He’s got a baby on the way, so I’m sure that’s on the back burner.” Mason Pline said on Larry Krueger’s show.
NFL fans immediately called out Mason Pline for his comments on Brock Purdy’s personal life, especially since the quarterback and his wife did not make the announcement themselves. The Purdys are known to be pretty reserved and hardly share any social media posts and updates about their everyday life.
