Von Miller Reaction
The star defender has been looking forward to this comeback for a while. Back in 2022 when it was revealed that Miller had torn his ACL and that he would be out for the season, Miller had an optimistic outlook on what his future would behold.
He told reporters, “If that’s Week one, then I’ll be happy for that. If that’s Week six, then I’ll be happy for that. But I guarantee you it won’t be any later than that. Whatever it takes for me to get to that point, that’s what I’ll do.”
Miller also added that he would not rush his recovery to ensure he will be at 100 percent, saying that the most important thing was to, “be here for my team when they need me the most. I feel like late in the season when it got really tough, I wasn’t able to be there because I was injured. So the most important thing for me is to be available when my team really needs me.”
Miller’s Career
Von Miller has been known as one of the best pass rushers to ever play in the NFL. Going into his 13th season in the league, the veteran has amounted to 561 tackles, and 123.5 sacks, along with two interceptions and a touchdown. He played for the Denver Broncos and the Los Angeles Rams before heading over to Buffalo to play with the Bills.
In his first year with Buffalo, Miller recorded eight sacks and 21 tackles, tying for the team best along with Greg Rousseau. He has been a vital part of the success of the Bills’ defense since joining the team. His return is poised to significantly impact Buffalo’s defense.l
