Brady Cook, New York Jets quarterback, was spotted sipping a drink at a restaurant on the docks in a post shared by his fiancée Carli Schieferle on her Instagram account. Cook seems to be taking it slow before his rookie NFL season kicks off with the New York Jets.
After going undrafted in the 2025 NFL draft, Cook signed as an undrafted free agent with the Jets. Before joining the NFL’s Jets, the 23-year-old quarterback played college football for the Missouri Tigers. In his senior year with the Tigers, Cook passed for a total of 2,535 yards, scoring 11 touchdowns, while managing a pair of interceptions for the team.
“down the shore today,” Brady Cook’s fiancée, Carli Schieferle, captioned her Instagram story, showing the young quarterback taking a sip in a light blue t-shirt.
Brady Cook and Carli Schieferle have been romantically linked ever since they were in high school. Earlier this year, the two got engaged in Central Park. While Cook will be making his debut in the NFL in a few months, his fiancée, Schieferle, is doing a nursing program at the University of Missouri.

Brady Cook And New York Jets To Meet Steelers In Week 1 NFL
Brady Cook is definitely excited to know that his team, the New York Jets, will be starting off their 2025 NFL season with a matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 1. The last time that the Jets and the Steelers met, the Jets lost miserably with a 37-15 final score, and will be eager to redeem their reputation. In that game, New York’s then-quarterback, Aaron Rodgers, who is now out of the team, managed a single touchdown along with a pair of interceptions.

There are rumors that Rodgers might actually sign with the Pittsburgh Steelers right before the season officially kicks off. If that does come true, it will surely be interesting to see him meet his former team in his very first game for the Steelers.

Before taking on the Steelers, the New York Jets will be getting their heart rates up with three preseason games, against the Green Bay Packers, the New York Giants, and the Philadelphia Eagles, who won the previous Super Bowl. The Jets will be desperate to improve their position from finishing third in the AFC East last year, with only five wins and 12 defeats. After taking on the Steelers, the Jets will be locking horns with the Buffalo Bills in Week 2.
