BYU Offensive Lineman Blake Freeland accepted his invite to the Reece’s Senior Bowl this morning. Freeland a three-year starter for the Cougars and consistent on the line is going to take his game to the Senior Bowl. Blake Freeland could leave this year but he could also return and play one more year. This may be a sign that he will not return to BYU next season.
Blake Freeland from Herriman Utah a 6’8 junior and three year starter for the Cougars. Freeland has played in 42 games so far and started in 39 of those games. He was one of the few players to play in all 13 games last season and has not missed a game so far this season. Ready to help the Cougars finish out this season strong and maybe take a crack at the next level.
Freeland before coming to BYU played for Herriman High School and was apart of the 2015 State Championship team, three year captain, and two times all-region. He also played basketball and was on the track and field team.
