The Buffalo Bills had an eventful 2024 off-season that left many fans wondering if they’ll be able to compete for a Super Bowl in the near future. The loss of Stefon Diggs, Jordan Poyer, and Micah Hyde certainly didn’t make their team any better in 2024.
However, news out of Houston has made this off-season even tougher.

It was the second time in Stefon Diggs’ career that he has been traded.
NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported that the Buffalo Bills traded Diggs to the Houston Texans along with a 2024 sixth-round pick (No. 189 overall) and a 2025 fifth-rounder in exchange a 2025 second-round pick. The trade occured back in April.
Diggs exceeded the 1,100-yard receiving mark in each of his four seasons in Buffalo, including leading the NFL with 127 catches and 1,535 yards in his first season.
Many thought Diggs’ career was over when he was traded to Buffalo, and many critics said the same thing when he was traded to the Texans just a few months ago. Diggs earning the captain badge showed the league as well as fans that he has bought in to what the Texans are doing and the team is excited to have him there.
Something that might not sit well with some Bills fans who thought he was the issue.
