The San Francisco 49ers and Buffalo Bills will face off in a matchup between two teams who still have Super Bowl aspirations. San Francisco will head out east to Northern New York in the dead of winter for this crucial contest.
As luck would have it, the weather will certainly have an impact on this one.
“How Is This Possible?” Bills-49ers Game Facing Unprecedented Weather Conditions (Report)
At least one of the league’s most recent games, a divisional match between the Pittsburgh Steelers and Cleveland Browns, has been affected by snow. The Buffalo Bills are next on the list, and that’s just the beginning:
The Buffalo Bills played the Kansas City Chiefs in their last game before heading into the bye week. They pulled off the upset and handed the Chiefs their first loss of the 2024 NFL season by a score of 30-21.
Not only did the Bills enjoy a phenomenal bye week, but quarterback Josh Allen also enjoyed himself as it has now been confirmed that he and now fiancee Hailee Steinfeld got engaged this past week.
Now, not only are the Bills preparing for a tough match-up against the injury-plagued yet unrelenting San Fransisco 49ers, but they are also getting set to play in the snow for the first time in the 2024 season.
Taking advantage of a “lake effect snow warning,” the Bills recently asked their fans to sign up to help shovel snow out of their stadium in preparation for Sunday’s game.
Winter is coming. 🥶
In anticipation of the upcoming snowfall, we’re asking Bills Mafia to register to be a prospective snow shoveler: https://t.co/EMTU21J4zz pic.twitter.com/szhuelS0Va
