Could Bill Belichick have his girlfriend dress more appropriately? This was the question Jason Whitlock posed, in light of the viral outfit his girlfriend wore in one practice event.
In one of the episodes of his program “Fearless,” Jason Whitlock called out Bill Belichick and his girlfriend, Jordon Hudson, for the latter’s eccentric choice of outfit during a practice event with UNC.
“None of this makes sense in terms of 73 and 24,” Whitlock said. “This is how she’s dressed helping Bill Belichick at I think their spring game or some practice—it doesn’t make sense. It doesn’t.”
“If you’re going to have a 24-year-old plaything, can she not dress more appropriately than this? Bill Belichick was the guy who hated distractions. You’re telling me this isn’t a distraction?”
“When I was a college athlete, the female trainers that taped your ankles and brought you ice and cold water to drink, they were always a target among the football team and players and they weren’t dressed like this,” he added.
“So Bill is putting a target on this girl’s back because if you think those players aren’t sitting there going ‘oh if I could tap Bill Belichick’s girlfriend, I’ll be, high five.’ Because this is what the players do to.”
Jordon Hudson, Bill Belichick’s girlfriend, made waves at a University of North Carolina practice session with her bold and eye-catching outfit. She sported a long Carolina blue coat over a white top, paired with a blue skirt and white knee-high boots, perfectly embodying the Tar Heels’ color scheme.
Hudson’s choice of outfit was both stylish and unconventional for the setting, showcasing her flair for fashion even in a sports environment. The look complemented her role at the practice, where she was seen assisting Belichick with audio equipment as part of a documentary project about his transition to college football.

One of the burning questions surrounding Bill Belichick and his girlfriend, Jordon Hudson, is the latter’s real deal with UNC. Is she part of Belichick’s coaching staff? Is she playing any role officially? Thanks to email correspondence obtained by The Athletic, Hudson’s involvement with Bill’’s work at UNC gets more light shed on it.
While she did not hold an official position or contract with the university, Hudson’s involvement included advising on public relations matters, particularly concerning the hiring of Belichick’s son, Steve, as the team’s defensive coordinator.
Hudson emphasized the importance of portraying Steve as an independent and credible professional, rather than as an extension of his father, to counter potential nepotism claims.
She also reportedly requested UNC’s social media team to monitor and remove negative or “slanderous” comments about Bill Belichick, including allegations related to their personal lives.
