The Baltimore Ravens play a big game this weekend against the Pittsburgh Steelers, fighting for first place in the AFC North. The Ravens have been one of the hottest teams in the league since their slow start to the season, and it looks like they can beat anyone. However, one of their star players received a massive punishment from the NFL for multiple infractions in last week’s win against the Bengals.
Baltimore Ravens Star Punished
The league fined star corner Marlon Humphrey $33,766 for his two infractions last week, including a $22,511 fine for the use of the helmet and another $11,255 for a facemask, according to NFL insider Tom Pelissero.

Marlon Humphrey
Humphrey has been one of the best corners in the league this season and is known for being a ball hawk. The corner has notched 39 tackles, four interceptions, and a forced fumble this year, which is amongst the top in the NFL.
The league’s disciplinary department has really cracked down on fines this season, even if the penalties are not called during the game. While some of the fines handed out have been questionable, some are much warranted.
