Baltimore Ravens elite linebacker Roquan Smith did not practice during the week because of a hamstring injury he suffered against the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Ravens released their final injury report on Saturday and listed him as questionable for their Monday Night Football matchup against the Los Angeles Chargers.
The Baltimore Ravens LB’s availability heading into Monday wasn’t looking good

As previously discussed earlier today on Gridiron Heroics, Roquan Smith was not expected to play. Despite his uncertain playing status, Smith took part in a 15-minute pre-game workout with his right thigh heavily wrapped as Raven’s strength and conditioning and medical staff monitored him. We wouldn’t know whether he will play until 90 minutes before kickoff when they release the inactive list.

What is his official game status?

The Baltimore Ravens released their inactive list and ruled six players out against the Los Angeles Chargers. Roquan Smith is one of the six players who will miss tonight’s game, a devastating loss to the Ravens’ struggling defense. He will miss the first game of the season and the first in his tenure in Baltimore because of injury.

Expect Malik Harrison to replace him in the starting lineup, while Chris Board sees some playing time on defense as part of the rotation
