The Baltimore Ravens’ breakout receiver popped up on Week 16’s injury report
Ravens’ breakout wide receiver Rashod Bateman surprisingly popped up on Wednesday’s injury report as a limited participant with a foot injury after not having an injury designation on Tuesday. Bateman did not practice on Thursday, and reporters spotted him wearing a walking boot after practice. The Ravens released the week’s final injury report on Thursday and listed him as questionable.
What does his game status look like?
According to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, there is optimism that Rashod Bateman will play against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Saturday afternoon. As Rapoport points out, Bateman will warm up and work out during pre-game warm-ups, which will ultimately determine his fate. The Baltimore Ravens will release their inactive players lists 90 minutes before kickoff, and we should know by 2:00 P.M. whether he plays or not.
