The Baltimore Ravens played the Philadelphia Eagles today in what a lot of fans are calling a potential Super Bowl preview. Both teams have superstars on both sides of the ball, along with both offenses having the top rushing attacks in the league. However, Ravens fans are livid after the officials missed an obvious false start on the Eagles was not called, resulting in a touchdown.
Officials Miss Penalty On Eagles
Philadelphia ran their famous “tush-push” play from the one-yard line, setting up quarterback Jalen Hurts to score the touchdown. Ravens fans are saying the score should not have counted because the entire left side of the Eagles offensive line moved before the snap occurred.

While Philadelphia has a high success rate running this play, they sometimes tend to get penalized for moving too early, and this video is a great example. However, the penalty was not called, and the touchdown stood.
Baltimore Ravens Fans React
Baltimore fans were not happy that a flag was not thrown and are voicing their anger at the officials on social media.

refs are scared to throw the flag on them. while it actually is a penalty everytime

Fans have claimed that the Eagles have moved too early on this play in the past, but a penalty was still not called. This has caused many to petition for the “tush-push” to be banned from the league.
