The team has mandatory minicamp from Tuesday to Thursday, with attendance required, or a massive fine will ensue without an excused absence. A player will be fined $17,462 for skipping Day 1, $34,925 for Day 2, and $52,381 for Day 3, totaling a whopping $104,768.

Kyle Van Noy enters the final year of his two-year, $9 million contract, and he is scheduled to earn a $2.75 million base salary and a $6.125 million cap hit. According to Over The Cap, the 34-year-old is currently the 61st-highest-paid EDGE rusher, with the 51st-highest cap hit in 2025. Van Noy is coming off a career year, recording 41 tackles, 14 TFLs, 21 quarterback hits, 12.5 sacks, and two forced fumbles in the regular season, plus four tackles, two hits, and 0.5 sacks in the playoffs, earning his first Pro Bowl selection.
He did not attend voluntary OTAs.

According to Jamison Hensley of ESPN, the Ravens had perfect attendance on the first day of mandatory minicamp, including Kyle Van Noy, as only two players did not participate in practice. As a result, the 34-year-old EDGE rusher will avoid over $100,000 in fines.

He wants to remain in Baltimore

“We’re still talking about it,” Van Noy said, via Brian Wacker of The Baltimore Sun. “I would like to, but there’s things that still need to be talked about.
“My want to is still there, that’s for sure. I can still play at a high level. But it’s something where they have to make a decision, too.”
