Baker Mayfield and his wife Emily recently shared glimpses of their vineyard getaway in Napa Valley, celebrating a relaxing day with friends. Emily posted on Instagram about their trip, calling it “the first of many”, which came shortly after a series of personal milestones, including Mother’s Day celebrations and major life changes.

Their social media updates featured photos of their daughter Kova Jade, born in April 2024, highlighting their growing family alongside their charitable work.
NFL Analyst Places Baker Mayfield on 2025 Watchlist
As fans speculate on what Baker Mayfield and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers may have in their hands for the upcoming 2025 season, one NFL analyst placed his high hopes for Mayfield and put him at the top of the list of players to watch out for in the upcoming season.
“Fresh off a career year that saw him tie for second in touchdown passes (41) while finishing third in passing yards (4,500) and completion percentage (71.4), Mayfield is about to play under his fifth offensive coordinator in as many seasons,” NFL analyst Gennaro Filice wrote in one of his recent pieces.
“Furthermore, Mayfield’s protected by one of the best offensive lines in the league. And he’s supported by a deep group of pass catchers and ball carriers, with the Buccaneers’ first-round pick, Emeka Egbuka, only adding to those riches.”
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have been busy reshaping their roster this offseason, focusing on both immediate impact players and long-term development. Their 2025 NFL Draft saw them select six players, headlined by wide receiver Emeka Egbuka in the first round, adding another dynamic weapon to their offense alongside Mike Evans and Chris Godwin.
They also bolstered their defense with cornerbacks Benjamin Morrison and Jacob Parrish, aiming to improve their secondary and create more turnovers. Additionally, the team prioritized pass-rushing depth, drafting David Walker and Elijah Roberts, both of whom bring strong sack production from their college careers.
Quarterback Baker Mayfield, during the 2024-2025 season, threw for 4,500 yards, 41 touchdowns, and 16 interceptions while completing 71.4% of his passes. He maintained a passer rating of 106.8, ranking among the top quarterbacks in the league. Mayfield also contributed in the running game, rushing for 378 yards and 3 touchdowns on 60 attempts, averaging 6.3 yards per carry.
